1. Condition of Goods

   • All items are sold as-is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

   
   

   • Items may be new old stock, surplus, or open box. Packaging may show signs of storage, and items may have cosmetic imperfections that do not affect intended function.

2. 
   

   Buyer Responsibility

   • Buyer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility, specifications, and suitability for their intended use prior to purchase.

   • Buyer must ensure that installation, operation, and maintenance are performed by qualified personnel in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and manufacturer instructions.

   No Liability for Consequential Damages

   • Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, downtime, injury, or property damage arising from the use or failure of the item, even if the seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

   Indemnification

   • Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the seller from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or resale of the item.

   Returns

   • Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after the item has been shipped.

   Acceptance of Terms

   • By purchasing, buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
